Mopery (Poem)

There once was a mope
Who did no dope
Full of crap to the Brim was he
Covered with Fields of authority

Pious were the words he wrote
As all marveled the mopes he smote
While full of laughter and grin
Masked as saint free of sin.

Envied by captains across the land
His opinion was in high demand
While his underlings felt fear
of notoriety’s binding spear

As Bradamante lanced in days yore
Fair lady in blue stood for no more
As Chief Mope sat on high horse
Her charges left him in remorse.

Now that it is not hidden
And that horse is no longer ridden
The mopes of all the land
Should welcome him to the clan

A Mope.
